Refund & Cancellations Policy

At Tee Time Tours, we understand that plans can change. However, as our events involve confirmed course bookings, pre-arranged tee times, and advance payments to our partners, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is made.

We do, however, offer the option to transfer your entry to a future event under the following conditions:

Cancellation more than 14 days before the event:

You may transfer your booking to another available Tee Time Tours event of equal value, subject to availability.

Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the event:

You will forfeit your original entry but may be offered a discount or partial credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the event or failure to attend:

The booking is forfeited and no transfer or credit will be offered.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another player to take your place, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance and the substitution is approved by Tee Time Tours.

Event Cancellation by Tee Time Tours:

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone an event, all paid entries will be automatically transferred to a future date or event of equal value.

By completing payment, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
